Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-great experiences. The rooms were great, with good space for New York standards, clean, good size, super comfortable bed, and a nice bathroom. However, there was some unpleasant noise either from a room below ours or a building our room is facing.
I stayed at this hotel, and overall, I had a good experience. The room was nice, but a bit noisy due to the air conditioning unit outside. The minibar was expensive, but it had a variety of items including candy, alcohol, sodas, and a 'Lovers Kit'. The room itself was cozy and perfect for chilling like a baby.
The hotel is in a vibrant location near Central Park and close to Times Square, offering a mix of convenience with some noise disturbances. The rooms are quite small and dated, with a pricey minibar selection including a 'Lovers Kit', but the service is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to attend to guests' needs. The dining options are expensive, and the lack of breakfast service can be disappointing.
